Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for the purchase of Hydraulic Ironworker. We received five (5) bids, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Edwards – $12,697.90
Machine Tool & Supply – $11,695.00
Machine Tool & Supply – $17,340.00
Iroquois Ironworker – $14,461.80
Baileigh – $16,575.00

Staff Recommendation:

I concur with the recommendation set forth by Mr. George Leake, and recommend approval of the bid submitted by Edwards.
